Bray, is in a private anti-abortion group who tried to stop women from traveling interstate to abortion clinics. Clinic claims deprivation of their civil rights [42 USC § 1985(3): “If two or more persons conspire or go in disguise on the highway…for the purpose of depriving…any person of the equal protection of the laws…"]
